Rover and Rangers club celebrated Scarf day today. The chief guest of the Event was Dr. Sanjivan Katoch Principal Govt. College Dharamshala. The celebrations for the day started with welcoming the Chief Guest followed by Lamp Enlightenment and formal welcome by Rover leader Prof. Kailash. Ranger leader Dr . Harsh Deepika Datta presented the theme of the World  Scarf day “Our world: Our Equal Future: The Environment and Gender Equality”.

Scarf day was celebrated by wearing scarves and telling the students the significance of the scarf. Rover Aditya and Ranger Akanksha spoke about the positive and constructive role of Rovers and Rangers in the society.

Worthy Chief Guest Dr.Sanjivan Katoch appreciated the role of Rovers and Rangers and motivated the students to join the club and actively participate in contributing their services to the society.

More than 80 students were the part of the celebrations in the Prayas Hall of the Govt. College Dharamshala.
