This Video/Documentary was made by HPKV Business School, Central University of Himachal Pradesh in pursuance of their Short Term Empirical Research Projects 2023-24 on “Impact of Skill India Mission on Youth: A Study of B.Voc. Programme in Himachal Pradesh”. In furtherance of the project, the research team conducted a survey of different colleges in the state and found that many colleges are performing very well including BVOC Program offered by Government Degree College, Dharamshala. The research team selected BVOC Program offered by GDC, Dharamshala as a Case study for showcasing its success story and best practices in the form of a documentary in the Indian Council of Social Science Research Sponsored One Day National Workshop for dissemination of research findings. The best practices of the college are worth emulating.
