3. Original and Photostat copies of Bonafide Certificate.
4. Original and Photostat copies of person with Disabilities Certificate.
5. Original and Photostat copies of latest Character Certificate.
6. Original copy of Gap Affidavit.
7. Original and Photostat copies of latest EWS Certificate.
8. Original and Photostat copies of National Sports Certificate and Cultural Certificate.
9. Five Passport size Photographs.
