On 28 August 2024, the enrolment of first year cadets was done by 1 HP Girls Battalion NCC Solan at Government Degree College Dharamshala. 32 new cadets were selected. Subedar Major Keshav Sharma and Lance Naik K P Sharma were present from the battalion for enrollment.

In the procedure of enrollment, the height, weight, flat foot and knock knee and ground fitness of the cadets was tested. Students appeared for the written exam and interview. The interview process was done by ANO Captain Dr. Monika Sharma of 1 HP Girls Battalion NCC Solan.

Thereafter, an interactive session of all the cadets was held by Subedar Major Keshav Sharma. Also, a session on weapon training and health & hygiene was organized for the second and third year cadets.
