One day workshop has been organised on 1st June, 2023 by Physics Department in association with IAPT (Indian Association of Physics Teachers) RC-03 and RC-06. In this workshop Principal of the college Dr. Sanjivan Katoch was the Chief Guest and inaugurated the Innovation Hub for Physics experiments  under the UTTKRISHT MAHAVIDYALAYA YOJNA at a cost of Rs.2.50 Lakh. The resource person of this workshop was Prof. Y.K. Vijay who is the director of Center for innovation in science teaching IIS University Jaipur. He has demonstrated innovative experiments  in this workshop. Lecturers from surrounding schools GSSS(Girls) Dharamshala, GSSS(Boys), GSSS Dari, GSSS Tang Narwana, Rainbow International School, GSSS Sakoh, GSSS Khaniyara, and Aadhunic Public School have actively participated.  About 100 students of B.Sc., B.Tech. 2nd and 6th semester and 10+2 students also attended this workshop. On this occasion Dr. S.K.Soni, Dr. V.S.Vats, Dr. Bharat Bhushan, Dr. Govind and Dr. Sarita have helped in organizing the woekshop and the faculty members of GC Dharamshala enjoyed and attended this workshop. Dr. O.S.K.S. Sastri from Physics Department of Central University of Himachal Pradesh participated on behalf of IAPT.
